At BLG, we believe the best tools work best when people are taught how to use them efficiently. As your partner, we are by your side the whole way. Through personalized training, online support, and the use of 'Best Practices', we guarantee your success.
While the KNOWare™ CMS is built with usability in mind, training is included in your package to teach you the best way to work. Once your site design is built out, we conduct a training for one or more employees. If you hire new employees who need to be trained, we will train them. And it is not just a one time training. If you get stuck, we will conduct an impromptu online meeting to show you exactly what to do.
Our future plans are to include an online forum and training tools on our website that customers can access any time, encouraging our customers to share their experiences and solutions. Our goal is to ensure you obtain the desired outcome and are successful in the process.
Unlimited Support
Whether you sign on to a service or purchase an application, it is important to know that the company will be there for you when you need them. We will. This is why we sell our service with unlimited support for the duration of your subscription. If something does not look or behave correctly, contact us and we will look into the problem. In some cases, the problem requires a fix or it might be a training related issue. Either way, we will be there for you until the problem is resolved or your question is answered.
